LIVY, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH), has acquired a new store in Lille, France, as part of its launch plan in Europe.

The French lingerie label opened in Paris last month and has signed a 9 year lease on 915 sq ft (85 sq m) at 45 Rue de la Grand Chaussée, Lille. Supported by joint shareholders the Etam and Vog groups, LIVY pre-launched its web site in June and plans ten store openings before Christmas. Named after its creative director Lisa Chavy, the brand is looking for locations around Paris, the South of France and major cities such as Lyon and Bordeaux.
