Happy Bird Lands In Bristol

Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Happy Bird on securing a site for the restaurant which is set to open in spring.

Happy Bird, the brainchild of former Selfridges board member Adam Batty, is to open its first restaurant in Bristol.

The ethical fried chicken restaurant has taken a 2,175 sq ft store in Clifton Down shopping centre on Whiteladies Road.

Adam Batty is a former corporate lawyer who held senior roles at Domino’s Pizza and Mitchells & Butlers.
