New Out Of Town Division Set Up By HDH


Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) has launched an out of town retail and leisure department with the appointment of Peter Schaverien as a Director based in our Regent Street office.

Peter joins from a well known out of town retail agency and brings over 11 years of experience. His previous clients include Aviva, British Land, Land Securities, London Metric, M& G, Little Waitrose, Tapi and Wilko’s. Peter will continue to work on agency and investment at Harper Dennis Hobbs.

Commenting on the new appointment CEO of Harper Dennis Hobbs, David Harper, said: “Peter brings valuable know-how to HDH and will be an asset to the management team. His knowledge of out of town retail and leisure will be invaluable as we look to grow our presence in this area.”
