The Team

We deal with every aspect of retail real estate, both in the UK and Internationally, to provide a tailored and integrated service to each of our clients. Our company comprises of various different teams consisting of retail, leisure, offices, consultancy, investment and lease advisory.

We are looking for a residential managing agent to join our team. 

Department: Professional Services, Employment type: Self employed

Role Description:

The management of 31 flats in Camden, London NW1. This includes re-lettings, dealing with all tenant queries, signing agreements, dealing with deposits, overseeing repairs and maintenance, annual budgeting.

Location: Available to work from Home

Days and Hours: Flexible

Salary & Travel

Salary amount : £1,820 Monthly

Business travel : No

Skills & Expertise

Specific skills/experience required

  • You must have dealt with residential letting and management in the past. You must be able to deal with tenants firmly and politely on a very wide range of topics.
  • You do not have to be a Chartered Surveyor.
  • You will be methodical and organised. You will be able to take calls at most times of the day. You will be very good at dealing with people.

Additional Information

This is by no means a full time job. There will be some weeks when it is very quiet, and others when you will take a few calls each day. Inevitably it will become easier over time, as you start to understand the full process.
