02.09.2019

The KPMG/Ipsos Retail Think Tank (RTT) meets quarterly to provide authoritative ‘thought leadership’ on matters affecting the retail industry. Through its quarterly meetings it develops and publishes thought leadership on the key areas influencing the future of retailing, which are designed to address both the health of the sector and the challenges it faces.

The RTT consists of ten members, representing key areas of the retail industry. At the latest RTT meeting, members discussed what they believed the future would hold for retailers, and what shopping landscape the consumer could expect to experience in 2025.  Head of Retail Consultancy at Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH), Jonathan De Mello is one the ten members and has provided his views in this latest whitepaper “Retail 2025”.
